Postage and Shipping
We are using Australia Post (regular or next day service) to send orders to our customers.
Local pickup (with no postage charged) from our shop in Boronia Park is also available (find us on the map).
For non-physical products (e.g. software licenses) there is no postage. A software license is sent to buyer's email address.
Your order will be shipped after full payment is received and processed.
Our Online Store accepts PayPal payments.
We accept returns of good(s) within 7 (seven) days of purchase if the item(s) are faulty. You can choose to have the good(s) replaced (if available) or receive a full refund.
Change of mind returns are also accepted within 7 (seven) days of purchase. The good(s) have to be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Once we receive the good(s) and find they meet the aforementioned conditions, we will issue a refund (minus postage cost). It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage (if applicable).
Products are covered with 1-year manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise).
